For Hotmail Account Holders

1. Login to your hotmail account
2. Click on the "Contacts" tab on the top right corner
3. Among the "Mail Handling" options you will find that says "Safe List". Click on that
4. Type in the following email addresses: and press Add
5. Click Ok

For Yahoo! Account Holders

If you receive mail in your bulk mail folder that you would like in your inbox, you can set up a filter to redirect the mail.

1. To create, edit, or delete a filter, click the "Mail Options" link on the top-right navigation bar, and then choose "Filters" located on the left side of the page, under the Spam column. 
2. To create a new filter, click the "Add Filter" link on the Filters page. 

3. Enter a Filter name
4. Choose the field you want to match  (From header)

5. Choose the criterion by which you want a match to be made (Ends with)

6. Type: @vi1.org

7. Leave the 'match case' unchecked

8. Choose the destination folder to which you would like the message delivered (Inbox)

6. Be sure to click the "Add Filter" button to put your new filter into effect.
